Erythritol
 The sweetness of erythritol (E968) corresponds to about 70% of the sweetness of sugar. Erythritol is a practically calorie-free, natural and tooth-friendly sugar substitute. Erythritol crystals look similar to sugar or xylitol. The taste is mildly sweet and most closely resembles sugar of all sugar alcohols. Erythritol is easily soluble and helps maintain tooth mineralization when consuming foods / beverages that contain erythritol instead of sugar.
